What authorization model (rights) is used in XenForo?

Who worked with XenForo, what kind of model is used there?
The rights for user groups are very conveniently implemented, but most of all I liked the fact that you can separately give administrator or moderator rights to a user from a group.

Rights are configured separately for

modules
User groups
Users
