What are your thoughts on the future of .NET and C#?

What are your thoughts on the future of .NET and C#?
It seems that something small-soft fussed there, screwed up the functionality, they seem to be developing the language, and they all have it in one box, but for some reason few people really want to use it.
Why is that?
What is the future of the platform and language?

And what is there to think.
There is a web platform, there is a game development branch, there is also a desktop, there is Xamarin for mobile platforms. Cross-platform framework (Net.Core) is being sawed. What else do you need to be happy.

Fig se little. Everywhere they twist this C#, all sorts of Mono, etc. And you're like "few people really want." Wants wants and uses when needed.
They fussed normally, I assume that due to the growing popularity of Node.JS (purely my opinion). But this does not mean that .NET does not have a future - there is, and there will definitely be enough for another 10 years.

I think dotnet will win Java. Dotnet has become completely cross-platform.
