How can I determine the city by IP in C# and, if possible, the Internet provider? Preferably through some free web service, I would not want to install the database with me.

I support the Torrent Patcher program ( re-tracker.ru/index.php?showtopic=544 ), such functionality would make it easier to configure the program.

I think KindDragon played CS. There he was killed. And he promised to calculate the dude by IP.
I use ipgeobase.ru for these purposes.
