The company faced the task of switching from redmine to something more convenient. What criteria do you set for yourself when choosing this kind of software and what software do you use yourself?
And yet, have you transferred an existing team with a large number of projects from one tracker to another and how did you do it?

There are two options here - either you adapt to the software, or find software for yourself / your processes. I gravitate towards the second option, i.e. I choose software that will close my processes as fully as possible.

Approximate checklist
1. Integration with all your current services - vcs/testcase management/reports etc
2. Price per person
3. Possibility of private projects (many NDA projects do not want data from the tracker to be visible outside) or a private server with a tracker inside companies
4. Availability of web/desktop/mobile applications
5. Speed. Some companies of several thousand people will not be able to use the slow tracker
6. The ability to store files in the tracker (files, video, audio)
