What are the ways to control multiple TVs?

It is necessary to hang several TVs (> 10 pieces) on some object. One of the following types of content should be played on each TV:

1. Signal from one satellite receiver (i.e. analog)
2. From another (analog again)
3. Media content from the media server (apparently digital)
4. Video from surveillance cameras ( figure, RTSP)

Moreover, you need to centrally manage the entire system. Roughly speaking, choose on which TV set what we are now showing, while not walking with remote controls throughout the room.

As I see it as an ideal solution to the problem: there is a certain device with a bunch of outputs and various inputs and a web interface that allows you to arbitrarily switch inputs with outputs. The problem is that I did not find such devices.

Another option is TV sets with a single control console installed on the server. Again, I don't know who can do that.

Tell me how to solve such a problem? There is only one requirement - everything should be done remotely, and not in front of a TV set. And preferably in groups, not one at a time.

How is it generally done in all sorts of restaurants and other public places?

I did through "HDMI Extender with IR".
Then there are devices, such as matrix video splitter and so on.
smart homes also have similar systems.

In such situations, some nettop is usually screwed to the TV, and then everything is connected to the network
