What are the ways of immigration to the EU countries for an IT manager?

I am 32 years old, I work as the head of a software company. My family (wife and ten-year-old child) began to think about emigration a few years ago. Every day the issue becomes more and more acute, but there is no clear plan yet. There are many reasons for immigration, I will not list them here.
About myself:
English - upper intermediate level, but without practice. Two higher educations: technical and economic. Seven years of experience with network technologies (from administrator to technical director). Not much practical experience. There are no certificates. It so happened that I quickly became a manager without having time to "work with my hands". Most likely, because of organizational skills and developed soft skills. This is where the networking experience ends.
I have been running a software company for the last 4 years. The staff is about 30 people. We do web development. From technologies: Python and PostgreSQL. We produce and support highly specialized industry solutions. The products are strongly focused on the Russian market and are of little interest on the international market. Taking the whole team away is not an option, because. it is not in the interests of the owners.
