Does Upwork experience count as Canada Express Entry experience?

I'm going to move to Canada in a year, there are no questions with English and money, the only point in Express Entry that confuses me is work experience. I haven't worked officially for a day, only freelancing on Upwork for over two years. By the time of immigration, there will be 3 years of experience, which gives points for passing through EE. However, will this experience count or not? How can it be reliably confirmed? Does it make sense to issue an IP for this year and draw it up as 1 year of work, but with documents on IP, and is an IP generally considered work experience?

everything is individual at the interview, it can be considered if the education is specialized and you can confirm it with papers: contracts, etc.
