What are the utilities for testing SIP-telephony?

Hello!
The task was to test how the telephony server copes with the load.
Criteria of what to check:
- whether the server can withstand the load of N simultaneous calls
- whether there were no rtp packets lost
Tried to use sipp. But, apparently, hands are growing from the wrong place :)
In general, maybe someone has come across a similar task and can suggest something.

We had a similar problem in our project. We did not find any alternatives to sipp then.
We more or less figured it out - we managed to write a script for making a call, but we didn’t advance further than this - we decided this by manual testing (the device held a maximum of 5 parallel calls).
