as for me, such things are drawn on paper, then scanned and polished in the editor

All the "tutorials" on the net can only help from a technical point of view - which button to press to turn on PenTool, how to open the brush palette, etc.
If you are looking for just this, then any lesson on illustrator will give you the tools you need. And how these (or similar) tools can be creatively used and create design is taught at the institute.
