Hello dear! The situation is this: there is a very large automotive forum (about 15,000 visits per day, more are planned), it revolves on the old as the world phpbb. There is a need to turn it into a community, with a forum, blogs, etc. Actually at a crossroads: choose a ready-made CMS or do something of your own. In fact, both options are feasible. The question is whether there is something sensible ready-made, while I'm looking at Instant CMS, but there are doubts. Thanks in advance!

I would look not at cms, but at frameworks written in a language that I know.
