Can you suggest a similar CMS?

Hello toaster!

Tell me, can anyone met a free CMS with a similar structure as DLE?

I am interested in approximately the same modular structure of templates, such as replacing the news block with {content} or {custom} tags, and so on. Additional fields, preferably with the same output via custom tags.

I will be grateful.

wordpress does not offer.
So far only Santafox has been a good example.
