What sites are there for beginners with practice?

Toaster. Every day, dozens of questions are asked on topics related to web development, which describe the real tasks and problems that someone has (mostly questions come just from beginners). You can just watch, read answers from more experienced developers, analyze their solutions, follow the links they give and study the materials there. Or you can try to answer yourself on those topics that you have already figured out, provide links, make working demo illustrations, somehow argue your decision, and not just copy-paste. This is one of the most effective ways to learn.
For starters, you can go to psdrepo.com , there are many beautiful layouts.
