I used the EWA application before , it contributes very well to learning the basics of the language, but it is free only up to a certain level. I advise along with the lessons from this application to learn English from series / films (if the level is not too high, then you can watch cartoons). To study specific words there is a vocabulary .
Lingualeo , Duolingo and others work in the same way, but the price tags may be higher.
In bookstores (I even saw it in fixprice) there is a set of books in English divided into stages of study. For starters, you can read The Little Prince in English and Alice in Wonderland.

I use poliglot16 , the words are divided into 100 groups of 100 words each.
