What are the simplest/popular SNMP "probes" for Linux?

Hello, I'm just starting to understand the wisdom of SNMP - my task is to find a free snmp supervision probe for Linux - but the problem is that I don't quite understand what it is about.
It's one thing - requests like snmpget localhost -v 2c -c public .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.9.0
but as I understand it, we are talking about some kind of ready-made script that can be installed on Linux and which will do the same.
In a word, if you tell me at least in which direction to start looking, I will be very grateful.

Yes, we are talking about monitoring cpu and disk space, for example.

You have chosen not the best approach to solving this problem.
To monitor resources, software products such as Cacti, Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix, etc. are used.
If you have only one server and you want to know its status, then it’s enough just to go to it periodically and look with your eyes, if you really want it automatically, you can put the same bash script in cron, which will pull the info and, if something happens, send a letter or to write telegram. but using SNMP locally for this will be a very strange approach

Many of them are able to save data for further analysis.

snmp itself is usually of little interest to anyone and only its simplest readers do it. Usually it is considered as part of the network monitoring technology, but it usually involves not only snmp.
I use a bunch of perl scripts that can show this and that...

Support TyzhSysAdmin Now linux hosts to monitor via snmp is not relevant. snmp is mainly used for network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and other devices that, apart from snmp, do not support any other monitoring.
Describe your problem and you will be advised on relevant solutions.
