How to install the latest Nginx on RHEL?

Hello!
Task: migrate the site to RHEL 7.
Learn more.
You need to install php5-fpm, nginx, mariadb-server and memcached
What doesn't work: yum install nginx says no package nginx available.
What I did: I built nginx 1.9.6 from the sources, but I decided to try to find a way to install it from the repository to make it easier to update. Is there an easier way?
PS
Why in RHEL there are no necessary packages in the repositories, how to solve the problem, is it really only .rpm packages?

The official repository exists and is successfully working.
nginx.org/en/linux_packages.html
IMHO it's better than epel
