What are the similarities and differences?

Greetings, I recently began to delve into web technologies and now the turn has come to cookies, tokens and cache. After reading several articles on this topic and realizing that I can’t understand and imagine what it is, I decided to write to the forum and ask more experienced people. So, what is it, what are the differences and similarities, and should all of the above listed in a web service always be present?

By cookies you recognize the user, it's like a pass to the factory. Cookies are a semi-permanent substance, sometimes they are lost (You can vary here).
The token is more like a log entry confirming that you are entering the territory through this checkpoint and right now. You give your pass, and in return they give you your number, showing the token with the number in the office, everyone knows that you are allowed to enter, but no one knows exactly who you are. (Here you can also vary, get user data by his token). Token is a temporary substance.
Cache - files of your site on the user's side or on a caching server, speed up the loading of the site.
And you most likely need a hash. It's just a checksum. (Definitely). Used to generate tokens or any other entity. Just the same number on the token.
