What are the sane alternatives to LiveJournal?

I know that a lot of people left LiveJournal. Or maybe there are alternatives to LiveJournal (of course, not in FB and VK are different).
Formerly, there were still Yandex groups, but they ruined them. But there were not so many people there either.
Doesn't anyone else occupy this niche?
Habr on IT topics is being conducted, but something like a habr, but for what general topics?
