Delayed posting to the Vkontakte community?

I created a VK group and I want to implement delayed posting of more than 20 entries. I know that there are services like ecotime.me or https://megapo.st , but is it worth using them at all? Will there be prejudice from VK for such posting? What do you think about this? Maybe there are similar services that have proven themselves for a long time?
There is also an option to write a script yourself and throw it on kroner.
Please advise what to do.

Services, as a rule, do not violate the rules of VK, they post through the API, using white hat methods.
If you really can, you can write the script yourself. Why pay for services, if so.
