Recommend some service to be able to host DNS records of your clients, as well as easily edit them using api.
There should be no restrictions on the number of connected domains (restrictions on records are possible)
Yes, I searched, found a couple of services, but there is little trust in them. (Either tariff inconsistencies, or hard jambs in layout, etc.)

We take 1+(x*NS) VPS at a price of $5 (you can use different providers), put PDNS on the main one, configure it as a master, the rest as a slave, write an api server in 15 minutes and you're done. Cheap, cheerful and independent of DNS providers.
