What are the resources for learning to program in visual c++?

Hello everyone! I go to additional courses in c ++ and program there in Microsoft visual c ++. But the level of education is not acceptable for me. What resources or books would you recommend for learning Microsoft visual c++?
Or you can suggest a different platform and resources for learning C++.

If you go through cycles and not write a battlefield killer, then you have a syndrome of high expectations and inflated self-esteem (after all, there are no adults on the Internet and I'm the coolest here, mua-ha-ha-ha). No one promised you that the courses for schoolchildren are technology.

You have a basic beginner's mistake - you are programming in C++. And the code is written in the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment. Therefore, you should first of all pay attention only to C ++, and not to any visuals there.
Books: Schildt C++, Stroustrup C++. Well, look for more on the toaster - there were more tips.

Normul. He himself began to learn programming in Visual C ++ 6.0 while still at school (6 just came out). Books and material heaps. For example, here is one of the video tutorials www.youtube.com/watch?v=bm7WvlJRJts.
But I still recommend learning C++ GNU (g++, gcc).
