What are the resources for developing interfaces for Mac OS?

Problem: The internet is filled with all sorts of articles/tutorials on web and mobile interfaces. I am also interested in the development of desktop interfaces. In addition to the official Apple guideline and one article, I did not find anything.
Even in WWDC materials, the main focus of interface design is on iOS. I am familiar with the works of Ruskin and Cooper. Passed the HCI course. I read and respect Don Norman.
Please tell me about learning resources, blogs, case study sites where you get information from. I would especially like to read about how the interfaces of such heavy applications as video editing systems and graphic editors are designed.

In my opinion, the topicstarter has all the necessary preparation for developing an interface for any platform. The main thing to remember is convenience, simplicity and beauty (which most often follows from the previous two factors).
In my opinion, the interface of heavy programs is developed in the same way as simple ones, but it takes more time and effort. First, a structure is thought out, a diagram is drawn, users, scenarios are described, then a prototype is drawn, we hang an interactive on it, and after 1-5 years the program is ready.
