What are the rates for freelance layout designers now?

I wanted to know the opinion of colleagues in the workshop, both performers and customers, regarding payments for Russian-speaking freelancing .
Tegline says that the average developer-employee is ~ 60R, which is probably true if you take into account downtime, rest on weekends and a smaller amount of work than a freelancer (well, IMHO, of course)
If you go to the fl.ru feed, the vast majority of layout projects are from the category of a landing page for 1.5-2 thousand and tons of edits / amendments / alterations. But such a project takes an average of 2-3 days of work, plus negotiations and edits.
Such prices are generally normal and what do you eat besides doshirak? :)
On the other hand, there are good projects for web services, large corporations. and shops, but they are very rare in feeds, maybe 1-2 projects per day for all Russian-speaking freelancers. Well, competence is needed more seriously. ~20 pages can be safely sold for 30-60 thousand and there is enough work for 2-3 weeks
In general - from what calculations of the hourly rate or the projected monthly income do you calculate the work on layout? At what minimum rate are you willing to work (200r/hour? ) and what would you like in an ideal world (2000r/hour?) For objectivity, it would be great if you hint in a few words about your experience and location

I type for 45$/hour, I don't think I'm in an ideal world :)
I would like to increase it to 60$/hour, I think it will be so in a year
Experience - 3 years of commercial development, got acquainted with HTML 10 years ago. The location is not important as I work as a freelancer and have never worked in an office.
You should not be guided by fl.ru, 99% of projects there are paid 10-15 times cheaper than they should. But the Slavs eat it, and even manage to dump it. I won't be surprised if in five years, you can go there and people will pay the client for the fact that he condescended and gave them a job.

better to look at foreign exchanges and you will be guided by approximate prices

you shouldn’t be guided by fl ru at all, they will already be ready to pay extra to the client with such price dumping.
