What are the Python libraries for face recognition?

The necessary libraries for face recognition in Python for coursework. The topic of the course is "Automatic control of class attendance", that is, there is a camera at the entrance that recognizes the faces of students and marks them in an electronic journal. The essence of the question is the following: which of the existing libraries is more suitable for this purpose. OpenCV - often incorrectly recognizes faces, and I have not worked with DLIB yet. But is it possible to link them in one program so that they compensate for each other's shortcomings? There was another idea to use TensorFlow, but it's too complicated for the 2 course.
