What are the prospects for CakePHP?

Good afternoon!
I choose php-framework for further learning. Basic knowledge of PHP.
Looked at a few popular ones :

• Yii
  
• Laravel
  
• Kohana
  
• Cake Php
  

Of the simple ones like the last 2.
But I'm leaning towards CakePhp , I liked the agreement system!
Php is already so "flexible" that it looks more like a mess.
However, I do not see any movements in Russian-language. community(
Tell me, is there any point in continuing? I would not want to bother with something irrelevant and waste time in vain.

Kohana is dead, CakePhp is not being developed, Laravel and Yii are not a fountain in terms of code quality (besides, Yii suffers from the nih syndrome).
Better look at Symfony.
Proper use of the framework requires certain skills, and English is a required skill.
Therefore, it makes no sense to create a community framework in Russian, and not in English, which everyone knows.

Kohana and Cake Php? Popular when? Many years ago?
At the moment, Yii, Symfony, Laravel are popular, of which YII should probably be called the simplest.
CakePhp, a new 3rd version has been released, and it may return their popularity, but I looked at it out of the corner of my eye - there are no raisins.
Kohana - version 3.3 came out in 2013 since then three minor updates to 3.3.4. The patient is more dead than alive.

drupal - PHP is practically not needed for a beginner. but it's a CMS

CodeIgniter is a great framework to start learning about MVC.
