Cons:
Limited development.
Underestimation of the sphere in the CIS.
Constant heartache for the quality of the product.
It's hard to say the positives.
Aesthetic pleasure from the struggle for quality?
Well, in general - a fairly low threshold for entering the profession, combined with a high potential for development.
The ability to delve into and understand "how it's done" at all stages of development.
The ability to see the picture more or less systematically, and not look only at "one's own part".
Something like that probably.
In general, there are more minuses than pluses, because the approach "this was not in TK" does not work for the tester. You should always think about the fact that the rest missed something, forgot, did not think.
You must always remember that everything is broken. And always be prepared for the fact that for the bugs on the sale, which will inevitably be, the bumps will fly right at you. :)
But at the same time, for example, I quite like it. If you overcome the stereotype in the minds of IT colleagues that a tester is a monkey, stupidly clicking anywhere, it will be generally excellent.

Pros:
If you find yourself in a company where they write Unit tests, all kinds of enterprise and load services, then there is a chance to learn how to code well and gain experience working in an enterprise.
Cons:
If you find yourself in a company where Unit tests are not written, there is no enterprise and there are no different load services, then you will simply write bug reports in fat and that's it. Learn nothing.
