What are the pros and cons in 1C-Bitrix?

Interested in the opinion of experts who already use this product, and the opinion of those who have already encountered it and had some problems.

IMHO for 3 years of work with Bitrix:
Paradise for a salesman.
Hell for a programmer.

Experience with Bitrix for more than three years.
Pros:
There are many ready-made components and modules.
Constantly developing and updating.
Good documentation.
Excellent courses.
Cons:
Incomplete, outdated documentation.
High entry threshold. I often see how many sites are made in violation of the methodology, and then there are problems with performance, updates.
Now it is less relevant, but Bitrix requires specific hosting settings.
A large number of files in the kernel.
