Is it possible, somehow using arrFilter, to filter by the SKU property?
In particular, display only those products for which the available quantity > 0
>QUANTITY = 0 do not offer. it filters the product itself, not the SKU

Try using subqueries:
where "IBLOCK_ID" => 1 is the IB of product offers
