What are the programs for Linux that do not allow to work in a certain period?
The goal is to go to bed on time. I would like to put some kind of program that would not allow turning on the computer at night (for example, from 22.00 to 08.00). Is there any software that helps to do this? I understand that it can be turned off under sudo, but at least some step towards healthy sleep will be made

There are programs that change the color temperature of the monitor in accordance with the time of day of your location. For example Redshift . Of course, no one can force you to sleep, or not to work. But, in my experience, when the picture on the monitor becomes warmer and more muted, the body more accurately perceives time at the sensory level, reflexes are triggered and at least a little sleepy.
