What to do so that the host system manager sees the guest network?

Hello.
Sistemnik on board with ubuntu 16.04.
Installed virtualbox.
The Internet works fine on the guest system, and the guest system even pings all interfaces of the local one.
But the local network does not see the guest network. How can you decide?
to set pens so that the guest and host are on the same network?

Bridge mode - if the virtual machine can\should be accessed from the network located behind the physical interface of the host.
"Virtual host adapter" mode - if it is not allowed/needed to be accessed from this network.

I did this: I created a new host virtual network, both sides saw it. The issue was resolved.
Thanks to all
