What are the open source Android applications that allow you to use your own server instead of the cloud and encrypt information at the same time?

I guess I’m not the only one who doesn’t want to trust my private information (organizer, notebook, GPS tracker for running, all that) who the hell knows who, I don’t want it to be stored on other people’s servers (whatever their reputation) to be transmitted in an unprotected form, etc. In this regard, thoughts about writing my own bicycles began to appear, but as soon as I realized this, the question naturally arose if this already exists in finished form.
