What are the normal html to pdf converters with Cyrillic?

Hello. I thought it would be bad, but not so much.
jsPDF is a very strange thing with terrible documentation that I never managed to set up. There is either HTML or Cyrillic. Either a pancake pipe, or a jug. About scale (scale) - which I never found - I generally keep quiet.
html2pdf.js - based on jsPDF, but the text becomes an image, so it doesn't fit.

I don’t need much:
Cyrillic (it doesn’t even matter to me that there was a different font, let the same Arial be)
The ability to select text and then search through it (so that the output is not a picture)
The ability to adjust the sheet size (I need landscape A4)
So that my page width of 1200 px completely occupies the width of the sheet
Don't break table rows (in css this is called page-break-inside: avoid;)
