What are the normal books on php, mysql, servers?

Hello. I am writing software in php+mysql, java+android, javascript+jquery. Interested in books on several topics:
1. Servers. Namely, I want to understand which server with what characteristics is needed for different software. I want to understand when to use sql or files, I want to deal with loaded systems.
2. SQL. In my projects I have only used SELECT, DELETE and UPDATE. Recommend books on mysql, nosql and other databases, more books on high loads are of interest.
3 PHP I know OOP, used smarty, pdo, but I don't seem to know much yet
4. A simple book on algorithms and data structures.
