What are the new poppy addresses after enabling kid control in mikrotik 951?

Good afternoon. On a Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD with stable firmware 6.46.6, after enabling the kid control function, unknown mac-addresses of strange devices with IPs not from my network appear in the list of my devices. I have 192.168.3.0/24, they have 10.162.xx.xx.

These poppies do not shine anywhere else, only my devices are shown in the dhcp server.
Judging by the information about the poppy, this is a juniper

, which (if you execute a tracer) is behind the provider.

The arp list shows that this poppy communicates with my van interface

If you disable kid control, then the poppy in the device does not glow. If you turn it on, it appears again.
What could it be, is it worth paying attention to and, if so, how to get rid of it?

Most likely this is some kind of poppy of some kind of system virtual interface of RouterOS itself.
