How to merge two vlan into one on mikrotik?

Mikrotik has a trunk with 7 VLANs on board. I just can’t merge vlan1 and vlan2 so that vlan1 can access vlan2 resources without losing resources from vlan1, and vlan2 can’t access vlan1 resources, i.e. it turns out such a one-way route.
