I need to create a couple of threads on American forums, where startups, galleys, rowers, investors, investment seekers, that's it. It is the internal resources that are popular with them, and not everywhere. Maybe some university forums ... In general, mostly local IT people know about such topics, and we don’t even really google this info, so I would be very grateful for links to those who are in the subject. Arigato!
