How to find a mobile application developer in a startup?

Hello!
I have an idea for a project.
You need to create a product prototype.
The application is complex by level, with integrations, etc.
I do content collection for product packaging, research, competitor analysis, marketing and everything else related to the development of a startup.
In the future, I plan to advance the project until receiving a grant from the state, searching for an investor.
Dream, to become a Skolkovo resident, acceleration in Y Combinator, 500 startups.
At this stage, I consider cooperation in the long term.
If there were sufficient financial opportunities, then of course I would contact the company providing this service.
But since the project is at the idea stage, I am looking for enthusiasts.
Cooperation can be documented.
How do you really think to find like-minded people who are ready to work for the idea now? Or is it still trying to find an investor who will now pay for the development service?
In this case, who is better to contact a freelancer or a firm? What are the criteria for choosing a freelancer?
I would really appreciate any helpful replies!
Sincerely.

There are two options:
- ignite the developer with your idea
- do a lot of preliminary work so that you have something to offer and it would be interesting to listen to you and ignite the developer with your idea.
For example, I joined a startup where the second founder is not a techie with an idea. BUT. he dug the whole market. I did the pilots as best I could. shoveled tons of information with analysis. Found product distribution channels. I counted a lot of numbers. Signed the necessary contracts with the necessary companies, but the name on hand is practically nothing. On the free version of analogues, I assembled and launched a pilot to test interest. for the startup hardware, I shoveled a bunch of device options, found suppliers in China, agreed on future supplies and received several test devices. I spammed about 20 accelerators, and as a result, the startup went through two, both with very tough competition. and a bunch of other things.
Against the backdrop of this hectic activity, it sometimes even seems to me that when I download firmware for devices, a couple of web applications, infrastructure in the cloud, several databases, a portal, a bundle of services, a mobile application and other technical things, I do not always catch up with him in terms of the amount of contribution to the company and the result obtained. .
besides that, I met a lot of people "with an idea" who didn't do shit - how many of them do you think managed to somehow interest me? :)
That's when you can show what you really did, and it will be something significant - find yourself a developer. Offer him something that he himself cannot do - because he does not know how or simply will not be able to do it in time. Do not listen to those who say that "marketing, business plan, etc" is worth nothing - it's all worth more than the technical part. They do not know what it is to make a product and just code for money.
While you are walking around with an idea, no one needs you - each developer has more ideas than free time.

What is the point of attracting a developer without having a business model, no clients, or at least a more or less developed vision of the project?
The idea itself is nothing. Worth nothing but wasted effort. An adequate developer will not even listen to a speech with a bare idea.
About the investor, too, some nonsense. There is hardly a fool who will invest in a bare idea under the promises of the founder to engage in marketing and competitor analysis.
In general, you first need to work on the project, and then look for developers.

there are no fools, but without money you still won’t get to the project in Skolkovo)

I wrote a long article here on how to look for a cofounder, it may be useful to those who stumble upon this question https://vc.ru/life/300488-kak-nayti-tech-kofaunder...
