Regarding Canada and the States, I can say that mobile application development, banking and IT security are in very good demand. It's easy for them to find work there. It is very difficult to go to the states on a work visa, to Canada it is much easier, but everywhere you need work experience and good English. So a couple of three years of hard work and professional growth and you can try. They also have such a feature that you must be a narrow specialist in some area. So it is better to choose one promising direction and try to develop as much as possible in it.
In any country, including abroad, senior level specialists are in demand.
After graduating from a master's program, without work experience, no one needs you abroad.
C++, Qt is a good enough stack to move to. The question is not what kind of programming is in demand, but how well you know your stack.
In addition to C++ Qt, I can advise python.
Very common C++ python work.
