I think the hardest part is yet to come. Everything that was difficult before now does not seem difficult, he did the same. Difficulties arose mainly due to ignorance of some things. Let's say about three years ago there was a project with complex business logic, I didn't know about CQRS and event sourcing then, and as a result it turned out to be somehow too difficult in terms of support.
