Are there any freely licensed books that could be used in a college education reading list.
Book topics:
* Programming theory, algorithms
* c# programming language
* databases
* system and application programming
* web application development
I found one book on the Microsoft website - C# for schoolchildren. Can it be used as the main literature?
The book itself says:

Full or partial reproduction or reproduction in any
way, including publication on the Web, of this publication
is allowed only with the written permission of the representative office
of Microsoft in Russia.

It's probably best to ask Microsoft for permission.
