What are the models of wireless telephones for a private house with GSM support?

Hello.
I live in a private house and have several buildings on the site + a large garden.
And it often happens that he left the house and left his mobile phone at home. And you get missed calls.
I thought that the problem could be solved with a special kit.
This is a docking station and several handsets.
1) GSM support. This is not a wired phone. Should work with a sim card.
2) The tubes are located in different buildings. In the house, summer kitchen, on the street and in the garage. Naturally, the conversation goes through the handset on which the first conversation was started (maybe there is a functionality for transferring from handset to handset, but I don’t know). Possibility of local calls (from the garage to the house).
3) Multichannel. That is, when talking on one of the handsets, it should be possible to call or receive a call from another handset (or the same one (following the example of a mobile phone)).
Does anyone know about this? Alternative solutions?

Here is an example. Google drives, it's nearby, just reach out your hand. As an alternative, I can offer to get used to carrying a cell phone with you for free; If there is a wired line, then you can put a regular call and set up call forwarding to the city line (modern phones can change profiles by timer / GPS / base station number / NFC tag on the table in the house)
