What are the minimum iOS devices required for React Native development?
Good afternoon.
Interested in learning development in React Native iOS. But I heard that for this you need to buy some proprietary hardware from Apple.
What kind of hardware is needed for hassle-free React Native iOS development? Is it enough to get by with a combination of "smartphone" + "laptop" (Apple) - namely, iPhone + MacBook? I understand that one iPhone is not enough? Is it possible to get by with just one of some Apple devices for React Native iOS development?
Can you give a specific example of the equipment you need at the lowest price? But at the same time, this equipment should not be too outdated. I am interested in specific brands, names of equipment and approximate prices.
Are there any ways to reduce the price of the required equipment? I heard about some "restored" iPhones - is that not it? After all, for development, the appearance of the iPhone does not matter at all.
If you buy all this equipment - will you still need to buy any additional operating systems from Apple - or will all the necessary OS already come with the equipment?

1. Through Expo.
2. Hackintosh.
3. Buy a Mac. There was a time I worked for 2.5 years on a 2011 MacBook.
From the software you need Xcode, which is free.
MacMini, don't need anything else. I won’t say anything about ReactNative, but, for example, RxSwift in Xcode works fine on the simulator
