What are the libraries or ways to play streaming video (http) Android?

There is a task to play broadcasts from the server with a link like http://8.8.8.8......
Tried:
1. Regular player (VideoView ..), cannot play half of the streams.
2. VitamioSDK , out of sync (about half a second) video with sound + HD-quality brakes on any device, although the Chinese promised 780 and 1080p.
3. ExoPlayer from Google, also did not want to play.
