I am interested in neural networks and very quietly progressing in their study. After graduation, I want to go on an internship to start delving into real cases.

Through teachers, parents, acquaintances, announcements. After the first or second practice, you should try to climb somewhere part-time. If you're lucky, to the same place where the practice took place. Often university ECs take students on a part-time basis. From the 4th year, you can try to negotiate with the dean's office and teachers about free attendance and switch to full-time. If successful, along with the diploma, you get middle status, interest in the labor market and the opportunity to choose an employer. Otherwise, at the age of 23, you find yourself in the labor market with an outstretched hand and in a crowd of others who are just as useless.
