Do they take as a trainee without basic knowledge of 1c? Or still get acquainted with what are directories, documents, requests ...?

In general, without knowledge, at least, they invite you to social security. Before the internship, I would read a book (1C Enterprise 8.3 developer's practical guide), and practice for a month.
