Crawled one column from one of the users 1s. Any ideas?

When trying to move the column borders through 1 ... area 3 try to remain as visible as possible even to the detriment of area 2 . And this feature is only for one user. The rest work as usual and there is no such thing. The cache was cleared. Any smarter ideas?

What cache was cleared? There are at least three of them, the cache on the client PC, the cache on the server, the user's cache in the 1C database, which one of them was cleared?
