What are the free Translate APIs?

I want to write something similar to QTranslate for Android, but I ran into a problem: I want everything to be fair, and most of the services that provide the API require money. I was going to write in my free time for personal use and Just for fun, so I don’t have the opportunity to pay $ 20 per month for Google Translate in a free application. The same QTranslate, apparently, appears to be a browser, but I don’t want to do this, because, I repeat, I would like to do everything honestly.
So far, only Yandex seems to be more or less generous. But I use QTranslate (except for the pop-up message), because if you wish, you can compare several translation options. It is not advisable to write a client for Yandex Translator.
