Which can be raised on your own servers. The possibilities are minimal - create a group / conference, add people, through the headset there is an exchange of information between all group members, one of the participants - the host controls the display of his desktop for everyone.
So far I have only met paid systems and those based on SaaP. Those. without the ability to raise at home - only a monthly fee for the number of rooms and people.
Required for non-commercial use.
ps: I will consider paid options that do not require a monthly fee and an Internet connection (raise locally on your network).
And another question: if you develop such a system yourself “on your knee”, which way to go? Adobe Flex + Adobe Flash Player?

You can look at VideoGrace. Up to 8 participants for free, works completely autonomously. There are all adjustments - resolution, frame rate, bit rate. Good echo cancellation.
