What are the costs of earning on the android application?

Good day.
I have a developer account for over a year and 3 apps, but have never come across in-app purchases. Googling didn't help.
Question: How much% is lost on the way as a result and does the market itself take%?

@Alexey_andr

Example:
A user from Europe buys your app for, say, 5 euros.
Depending on his country (and there are different rules everywhere), 10-25% of the tax in favor of this country will be immediately taken away from you.
Google will immediately take its 30% - and 30% of the original amount, and not after taxes.
Your Google Merchant account will receive 40-70% of the amount originally paid.
On the day of the transfer (15-18 of each month), your money from the Google Merchant currency ($) will be converted at the bank rate (-1..3r/$) and will fall on your card.
As a result, on average, you should count on 50-60% of the amount paid by users.
Since a tax is about to be introduced in Russia, the current percentage of the Russian buyer (30% + 20 kopecks) will be increased to the world average.
