I agree with Puma.
This area is represented very poorly in freelancing. There is practically no such thing on Russian-language sites and customers are not ready to pay a lot.
If you want to freelance, then you are on Upwork, Elance. Sometimes similar projects slip through there with a normal price tag, but it will still be tight.
And so, in my opinion, it is better to sell your services directly - go to events, look for contacts of company managers on the Internet ...
