Hello! There is a cloud server in Hatzner (ip 78.47.15x.xxx). With a guaranteed channel of 1GBit, the speed is cut to a client in the Rostelecom network up to 50 Mbps. Is it possible to reconfigure routing to increase throughput? And how best to do it.
UPD : The client in the RT network has a 100 Mbps channel

Buy a dedicated gigabit from a hatzner, in my opinion, it costs within a thousand euros and you can ask them to send it to the right channel
